My goal is to serve you the customer, with the same moral and ethical standards that I hold myself accountable to. My mission is to set the Standard for how Real Estate is done in my community.

From birth to 6th grade, I spent my younger years in Watsonville, Ca. At the end of my 6th grade year my father's job moved us to Los Banos, Ca, where I finished out my school years. Los Banos was a place where kids grew up learning about farming, motorcycle riding and being outdoorsmen. I had the pleasure of doing all of these things. After graduation in 1975, I enlisted in the USAF and performed the duties of a Minuteman II Missile Technician. I spent almost all of my enlistment in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Stationed at Ellsworth AFB in Rapid City, S.D., I put my outdoors training into full use - camping, hunting, fishing and hiking throughout the Black Hills. After my discharge from the USAF in 1979, I become one of Union Oil's youngest Truck Stop Managers, working for Mid Cal Truck Plaza in Santa Nella, Ca. In 1981 I joined the team at an Anheuser-Busch Wholesaler in Merced, where I spent the next 20+ years. I retired from Sierra Beverage Company as a District Manager and National Accounts Manager in Nov. of 2001. The biggest accomplishment, I feel that I made in the Beer Industry, was the introduction of cross merchandising our beverage products with our retail merchandise products. I started in Merced County with a 7-11 store, and within one year the program went nation wide within the 7-11 chain.

In December of 2001 I began my Real Estate Career working for Blair Realty in Merced. June 1, 2002, I became General Manager of Blair Realty and held that position until we merged with Prudential California Realty. After 8 months I took over as Sales Manager for the Merced Branch. On November 9, 2006, I joined the staff at Coldwell Banker Gonella Realty as the Director of Career Developement and an Associate Realtor.

I am a 1984 graduate of Merced Junior College where I majored in Business Management. I reside in Merced with my wife Kathy and daughters, Stephanie and Michelle.
